Iris Gillon, the business and booking agent and business and events manager for The Essence Band Orchestra and Ensemble is a musical superstar in her own right as well. She was a concert pianist and composer and has a Masters Degree from the Juilliard School of Music. She has traveled all over the world concertizing and her syphonic sound tracks have been performed in films internationally on tv and radio. Iris Gillon also teaches both wedding and event planning courses at her Wedding School based in Teaneck New Jersey.
